Before I am leaving beautiful Bavaria today I am taking a last break in the garden pavillion, enjoying the mountain view and a hearty, healthy, bavarian “Brotzeit”:
Fresh whole rye sourdough bread, obatzda (cheese and butter mash with onions and paprika), chives, radish and cow’s milk.
This is unbeatable delicious and just perfect. It reminds me that the best food is often simple.
Guess what is in my luggage to Dubai …….radishes (also called Munich radish) and this lovely rustic bread!
